"Staff are lovely. Hotel restaurant is amazing. Had to pay extra to upgrade room. Be careful when packing stairwells are very tight . Difficult to navigate. Elevator available very tight, understandably not North American standards. "

"First and foremost, Mimo is the most attentive and gracious hosts. He gave us awesome recommendations of places to eat in the neighborhood that were absolutely delicious. The neighborhood is safe and absolutely beautiful! The parking can be a little hectic but we made it work. We made alot of new friends and cannot wait until we can go back to see Mimo and friends. "Staff were the best anywhere. They were very helpful with information and anything needed. The hotel is not new or fancy but the authenticity and experience was beyond compare. There was a lot to see and do even for off season. Just a short train ride to Rome and then connections to Pisa, Naples, or other destinations. My husband and I have no complaints."

We had 2 rooms booked - my room was covered in tjosands of ants in the bedroom and bathroom - it was unvlean and unhygienic- the reception changed my room and the sage did mot work - there was no welcome bottle of wine as previous years - as we were only booked 1 night we did no"

"Good hotel"

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
