"Top notch ambiance. Lifts are old but very fast and never crowded. Cool soothing Jazz/triphop beats in public areas and bogs. Low accidental slashing risk as most edges and corners are rounded (key concern for blood thinner medication patron). Unusually thick toilet roll (Can you share where you source these?) . Black light testing on pillows raised STD concerns"

The pool and steam room were a real highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day exploring Bath. Great location too. Would definitely stay again!"

"This was my second stay here. Wonderfully situated near The Cathedral and safe to walk around. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I might suggest they put a robe in the room but I imagine one would be available upon request. "
