We had a great 6-night stay at the Waterloo. The room was nice and clean, with a large window overlooking the greenery that could be opened wide for fresh air. The beds were comfortable, and we really liked the breakfast, especially the items made to order. The staff were helpful and friendly.
It was a very good location for exploring Snowdonia, and it was nice to come back to a quiet and comfortable hotel after a day out. We enjoyed our stay and would come back again.
I had a wonderful stay. The room was nice and bright. The shower pressure was great. The location and the free parking made everything relaxing and easy. Breakfast had lots of fresh and healthy options.
Good rooms. Great restaurant onsite where I ate every evening. On my 1st day, I arrived past 9pm when kitchen was already closing but they still made me food which was nice. Location is not in the center of the town but this should obvious to anyone by looking at the map. The hotel is close to some nice hiking trails. Great place to rest after exploring Wales.
The accommodations were lovely...very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was delicious. The farm animals were adorable!! And, our host was amazingly friendly and kind. We had a fantastic stay!
Lovely property in the heart of Betwys-y-Coed. Really easy walk to everything in the town and accessible trails nearby. Super friendly staff and great menu options both in the bar and at their on-site restaurant.
Beautiful property in an amazing location. Sean was fantastic. He was very personable and have great recommendations for food in town and walks/sites to see in the area. Breakfast was delicious. We wish we could have stayed another night.
My stay at Craig-y-Dderwen Riverside Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The setting alone makes it special - nestled right along the river, surrounded by beautiful scenery that immediately makes you slow down and relax.
In the evenings I opened my window to hear the sound of the river flowing by. It was incredible peaceful.
The staff was genuinely warm and welcoming. They happily shared hiking recommendations, and one evening when I went down for a glass of wine, a staff member encouraged me to...
Absolutely incredible stay. The room was the cosiest - I could have slept for a week straight. The food was 12/10, massive portions and incredibly fresh. The best was the staff! Thanks all! From check in to check out, everyone was great to have a chat with. I can’t wait to come back.
The room was clean and comfortable, check-in was easy. It's a great location, near the train station, bus stop, and shops, and guests are given access to a dining/work area.
Everything in Conwy is directly accessible from Erskine Arms….its like the hub of a wheel!
Holly was especially helpful but the entire staff are awesome!
