"Thought it was a nice place didn't really pay much attention until we started to leave this morning looked under the bed found crackers paper and other trash, opened the closet found a washcloth that had been used and hung from the coat hanger, a empty target bag an empty bag from a local market, dirty sheets. Dishes in dishwasher so we ran it before we left. Oh and stains on the comforter. Wish I had looked last night "

"Kudos to the staff here. From the check in clerk Sabrina even the Housekeeper and the ladies that worked very hard to serve breakfast. Everything and everyone was friendly, they spoke and smiled. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had dare I say ever. The bathrooms were spotless, pool area not nasty very clean. The staff made sure no area in the breakfast area looked messed over. The smell in the entire building smelled clean. The beds were spotless and truly felt clean not just soiled washed of that makes sense. We came from out of town never even been to Athens and we are strongly considering coming back and staying here in particular."

"Hotel is fairly new, excellent front desk clerk— but this hotel has ZERO amenities. Coffee is only available after 5am— and that is it. Has a nice Kitchenette room, but no dishes, no water in fridge, no coffee pot in the room, and they only have us four towels and two wash cloths. Really— only a passing through place but you need to have everything with you. The fitness center was nice. There is filtered water on there but no cups Lobby closes 8pm to 7am so make sure you keep your key handy to get in!! "

"I was so disappointed! We walked up to the older woman I said hey how are you literally no response. She sat there for 5 minutes not saying a word to me. She finally said name? Then just demanded my ID and card. Not that this was a problem but instead of can I see your ID and card she said ID and card. Then she just tossed them on the counter when she was done. Check in took 20-30 minutes. We got there late everyone was so exhausted and this long wait did not help! We went straight to bed when we got in the room but when we woke up I realized the bathroom was disguising! There was hair in the tub and the floor looked like it had not been swept in a while! We will definitely not be retuning to any Holiday Inn!"

"The rooms were clean and spacious. Good price for a place to sleep. Breakfast was good but there were too many people at 7:20am so things were pretty picked over and there was no coffee so that was a bummer."
