A little far from the train station, but close to the historic district and plenty of choices for food and activities nearby too. Overall happy with my stay!
As for me as a solo traveler this hotel was perfect for me.. My room was on the 1st floor.. A/C worked great, and the bed was comfortable.. The shower was great and breakfast was good.. Its an older hotel so the halls have old carpet.. But the room had new windows and could hear nothing from outside.. Parking garage across street at train station.. And plenty of food options all around.. I will stay here again next time I come..
We stayed in several hotels during our trip to the Netherlands and Germany and the Boutique Hotel Annamaes was our favorite for many reasons. It was the only comfortable bed I slept in during the week and the rooms were gorgeous--simply and elegantly decorated. The owner was onsite both he and his team were professional, accomodating and friendly. We felt as if we were the only guests. An unexpected and very pleasant surprise was the restaurant "Flow". I have been to Maastricht several times in the past and stayed in different hotels. This is the best one I stayed so far and is a very good value. First, it is close to the station. True, it is not in the old part of the city but the proximity to the station is very convenient. Drop off your bag and go. The old town is only 5 minuets away and on your way you see (and can stop) old bakeries and other interesting shops. The room was clean and I loved the amenities. “We work” inspired common area...
It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.
We've been coming to Art Hotel for many years. It is a great place to relax and have an amazing breakfast in a very quiet calm area of the city, yet 10 min taxi from city center or nice 30min walk. We will continue to come here <3
