The staff were so kind and accommodating with my limited Spanish. The sizable breakfast was great and sustained me all day until dinner even when trekking. The location is right next to hiking trails and very walkable to the plaza without being in the middle of it. I was even pleasantly surprised by an upgrade with an amazing view since I was staying 4 nights and the hotel wasn't sold out. Highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return. The property is beautiful, with stunning views, and the staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The pool deck is in need of maintenance, and the hot water in the showers tends to run out after a short time. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would be happy to come back in the future.
