Good and quiet. Far from the center of town but not an issue with a car plus taxis are inexpensive. The hotel is a bit old but satisfactory. Suite had ample space and balcony. Beach is within walking distance and it’s amazing. Breakfast is good. Staff is polite. Bikes available for guests. Road has a bike lane. Solid choice.
Magnificent location right on the beach. Elegant but relaxed vibe. Wonderful food. The staff was very attentive to our every need. The only downside was we couldn’t stay longer.

First impression not good; a tall building raging far above over the idyllic small town of Machico. But after staying 3 days I,m impressed! For the price for the rooms you really get value for money.
