Absolutely gorgeous grounds. Large elegant lobby and dining rooms with views of Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. Our room was not in the main hotel and was too small and lacking amenities. Bathroom was ok. Maybe that's a problem if you book through Hotels.com where the worst rooms are set aside?
We loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! A very service oriented hotel and very accommodating. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle service to Sorrento which makes it extremely easy to get around. The Conceige is very knowledgeable and has wonderful recommendations and advice for restaurants and things to do. If you can, don't miss their rooftop sunset event. They view from our rooms balcony unbelievable & we overlooked the pools also. The room was large and I loved the beautiful tile work in the bathroom. Great location less than a block from the main plaza. Our room was right next to the elevator and we never heard a sound. Only a few blocks to the train station and bus stops. Many great restaurants nearby. Best breakfast buffet in our whole 26 days in Italy. Left a jacket and they had it sent to our next hotel on Capri for a minimal charge.
This was our first visit to Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful with a great full breakfast. Room was spacious, staff was friendly & the housekeepers sweet. We had dinner twice in the rooftop dinning room overlooking the bay. The sunset was amazing. The waitstaff friendly , the food five star. We also danced to the music which made it very romantic. Francesco and Anna were very attentive and helpful as my family enjoyed a week there. The restaurant served the best food I have ever tasted and the breakfast was amazing every morning. The pool was a great place to catch the view of Capri and have a drink. Rumen made the best mojitos!!!! We will definitely be visiting here again someday!!!!
I absolutely love this hotel. Have stayed there several times and wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. The location is so convenient to the square and right in the middle of al the activity. The rooms are beautiful and breakfast is always delicious. Mario does a wonderful job making sure everyone has anything they want for breakfast.
This place is amazing off the beaten path but there shuttle is so easy to use they have set time and only takes you to train station but it works perfectly the train station is in town.

This hotel was one of the best in our month-long trip to Italy. Very comfortable, close to everything - town, ferry, train, but not noisy or crowded area. Great for walking. Only thing bad, the caesar salad at the pool was HOT, like it was horrible. Please dont feed that anymore unless it comes chilled with the chicken on top. The salad should not be HOT!!
