This has been an exceptional stay. Silvia and Gilles are incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfasts outside under the trees were delicious, the bread and croissants always fresh and tasty with local preserves and apricot juice from Occitanie. Yum. I wasn’t even jet lagged this time.
