If you don't want to eat in the hotel in the evenings (vegetarian buffet), then there are couple of food options nearby but be mindful that Mondays seem to be very quiet with a lot of places closed. You are able to get the bus right outside the hotel in to Budapest in 20 mins. Very easy and convenient to do. Uber's are also easy to get. It was a nice balance between city break and relaxation - just what we wanted. "

After booking several hotels for a month-long journey, I became a bit exhausted, so I started consulting with ChatGPT to help me make decisions. Unfortunately, this particular hotel has been the worst one I’ve chosen so far. When we checked in and entered the room, it was immediately clear that the bed sheets were not fresh. The duvet cover and pillowcases were also obviously not newly changed. My husband and I were both quite upset, so we went down to the front desk, but no staff were available. We ended up calling Expedia to report the issue and requested that it be resolved the next day. However, when we returned from our outing the next day, we found that not even the towels had been replaced. On top of that, there was a terrible sewage smell coming from the bathroom. My husband poured water down the floor drain, which temporarily solved the issue. It seemed like the room hadn’t been used in quite a while. Breakfast was another disappointment—it was so poorly prepared that it actually irritated us while we were eating. The only things we could bear to have were coffee (which was weak and pre-made) and some yogurt. When we checked out, we shared our complaints, and another guest next to us said they had experienced similar problems. They mentioned that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed when it came to housekeeping. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Tiliana. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel was just brilliant, being able to sit outside, eat and drink outside in the gorgeous sunshine was just lovely. The bedroom was great and a very comfortable bed. The hotel was really clean everywhere as well. Can't say anything negative about the hotel or anyone. Thank you so much. "

"It is an excellent chalet with a sauna, a fantastic view, and nature. There is also a pool for swimming and time with kids and a restaurant for a tasty dinner. Easy check-in and check-out, welcoming, and nice personal. "

"The hotel maybe needs a little update but it’s great location and price pays off and delivers fantastic Paris experience. Close to tube station, bakery and restaurants. Located on fairly busy street but the room was quiet. "

"Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. Eventually they reactivated them so we could get back in our room to collect our stuff. At checkout the staff were adamant I hadn't paid via Hotels.com even though I thought I had, and they swiftly prepared my invoice and gave me the payment terminal. While I was paying I was checking my Hotels.com emails and bank account, and only after the payment had gone through I found that I had indeed already paid via Hotels.com. The staff were fortunately able to reverse the transaction, but offered no apology for the mistake. We wouldn't stay here again."
