Hotels in Hillsdale

Josh checked us in and he was very polite and calm when he was the only one at check in with a line out the door. 12 folks came in at the same time and he handled it professionally and was very courteous.

Room was booked for 3 weeks and expedia calls the morning of our check in date to say they overbooked the hotel and they would find us another place. Well, the couldn’t so I called the hotel directly and they took care of us. Renee and Eli were absolutely amazing and delivered exceptional customer service. A+ for Towneplace. Breakfast was very nice and so was the dining area. Very clean facility.

Pretty in the middle of nowhere place but also perfect location for someone like me traveling cross country and needed a convenient stop along the interstate. Everything inside was clean and comfortable

This is my 4th hotel in Cheyenne and by far the best one yet. Updated, efficient, spotless, and accessible! We'll be back!

Clean, spacious , comfy beds and good pillows. Good toiletries and very good toilet paper . Easy parking. Would definitly stay again

Room was in great shape. Beds were comfortable. Train was a little noisy in the middle of the night.

This hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly and they have a very nice fitness center. I have no complaints and actually already booked my next stay.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub. It was nice after a long day on the road. The cookies in the lobby were a nice touch.
