"The staff are a delight! The lock on our door was acting up and they were right on it! The only bad thing about this property isn’t really its fault. It was a little hard to find because the gps directions kept talking about “Truman Circle”…only there weren’t signs directing to Truman Circle. Finally saw the sign for Red Roof and got there…it’s close to everything while being tucked away from all the heavy traffic. "

"There is a swimming pool and fitness center. They could improve on breakfast - there were no biscuits but there was gravy for them. One of the handles for a drawer was broken when we walked in so I told the front desk person. "

"The Econo Lodge in Beckley was lovely, we were late arriving but were met by a friendly staff member who was very helpful. The rooms were spotless, very clean bathrooms and beds, pillows fresh and comfortable. The next morning we had a quick free breakfast to get us going. There was a good variety and the staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you. "

"It’s an older building been it has been updated. The king bed slept great. The room ac was flawlessshiwer and bathroom were clean. Water was hot!!! Pleasantly surprised. Won’t hesitate to use this hotel in the future "

"Only two towels in the room even though we booked for four people. The door latched, but didn’t fully shut. Quite a draft blowing through the door! Very clean! There was a cigarette burn in one of the sheets. "
