"Old & well worn property,poor lighting in room,glass door shower not very clean,didn't bother to use,beach view was great! Noisy in morning,could not sleep late! Lots of loud sketchy looking people hanging out in parking lot,need security to keep them moving!"

"Horrible experience staying at this so called resort. Customer service is rude at the front desk and unprofessional. Housekeeping shows up at your room and walks in without even knocking. Management is a joke (was told more than once there was no manager available to talk to when I had issues), the room/apartment was absolutely filthy (spiders everywhere, hair in the showers, Jacuzzi tub was so dirty that even rubbing alcohol couldn't clean it, cob webs everywhere and the property expects you to take out the trash without providing an adequate amount of trash bags. It was one of the worst hotels/resorts I have ever stayed at. I am disabled and explained to the customer service that I needed assistance and they laughed at me over the phone and told me it wasn't their problem. "

"Refrigerator/microwave/air conditioning didn’t work and associate was unable to switch towards another room although it was brought to their attention on multiple occasions. Clean environment friendly staff just poor critical thinking skills "
