"After driving over 1,000 km, I finally arrived at the Quality Inn & Suites. The front desk staff member was friendly and provided good service; however, my overall stay was very disappointing for the following reasons:
After taking a shower and getting ready for bed, I opened the blanket and found bugs, hair, and a significant amount of sand in the bed.
There was a black cat outside making loud noises for an extended period.
The air conditioner was very noisy.
The room had poor sound insulation — I could clearly hear noises from the neighboring room, including the shower, TV, coughing, and doors opening and closing.
There was no elevator, and I had to carry my luggage up multiple flights of stairs between the first floor, second floor, and the front desk.
Overall, this made for a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay.
I spoke with the front desk and was told that the manager was not available at the time but would follow up with me. However, I have not received any response.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide a resolution."
