"Plenty of easy parking. Staff were there to greet us and check in. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. We had dinner and breakfast and both were of a high standard. The staff were all very helpful and friendly."

"Lovely hotel tucked out of the way of Ludlow, but a pleasant short stroll away. Ample parking. Very nice breakfast and all of the staff were exceptional, they really did make our stay better. "Excellent location for visiting Ludlow. Near shops, pubs and the castle. Welcoming friendly staff. Good breakfast though would have appreciated some fresh fruit on offer. Had dinner one night in the restaurant- food and service good. Room clean, beds comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was good except at night as opening the sliding door was the only way to get any fresh air into the room therefore making it extremely hot. Didn’t feel we could leave the door ajar as there was a staircase next to us leading into the carpark therefore felt it was a security risk. Overall though a good stay, would recommend, but don’t choose a room with a balcony!"

"I ha a good experience throughout at the Nags Head Inn. I was made to feel welcome when I arrived, and was shown up to my room, and had the night-time access explained. My room was lovely - it was a single room and quite small, but very well arranged to make the best of the space. The bathroom was similarly well thought through, with a smaller than usual sink to make the best use of space. It was all nice and clean, and the water for the shower was warm, The bed felt comfortable and I slept well. There were tea and coffee making facilities which included decaff tea and coffee - very much appreciated. I had also booked a table for dinner, and very much enjoyed my meal - nice food and helpful staff."

"The room was small but nicely decorated. Only gripe was TV was a bit temperamental which might have been me. The evening meal and breakfast were excellent. Location is by a main road but very convenient for Ludlow and local area. Plenty of parking. Staff were very helpful."

"I made a last minute booking whilst on a bike tour through mid Wales. There are no rooms on the ground floor so the staff were really helpful to store my bike in a secure place as my room was on the second floor. The restaurant was closed by the time managed to shower and get myself sorted at 8.50pm, none the less there is a local Turkish place were I managed to have a delicious healthy meal to fuel me the next day. The hot breakfast at the hotel was very good."
