We chose a room with a jacuzzi tub and it was a great way to relax after a long and exhausting day. The hotel is located close to many great restaurants and stores, so there are plenty of options to explore. The pillows were a little uncomfortable and I would recommend bringing your own, but otherwise a great stay!

We booked this stay very last minute to join some friends who were camping nearby (there was no way I could get our camping gear ready in time). I was so blown away by this property. I’ve been gushing about it all week, The decor was beautiful, room size was huge, bed and sleeper sofa were super comfortable and the whole place smelled like a spa! We were also pleasantly surprised at how cute and vibrant downtown Elizabethton was on a Saturday night. Would 100% stay again!
This house had everything a large family could want. A secluded (but not isolated), beautiful large yard both front and back. A river, bamboo forest, old growth trees and large covered porch with ample seating and table. I wish we had longer to stay to enjoy a nice campfire in their rustic fire pit. I always love staying here but this night I got the hotel room for my parents and my grandmother, who is 99, and suffering from dementia. My grandmother had an episode and wouldn't take her medicine and claiming that my mother kidnapped her. The staff dropped what they were doing and talked to my grandmother. My husband and I stopped overnight on our trip home from Tennessee. We just wanted to rest and be fresh for the next day's last leg of our trip, but it was so nice, we lounged around the next day until time for checkout! Cracker Barrel restaurant is literally next door - you don't even need to move your car, just walk across the parking lot. Beautiful, comfortable, convenient and great staff made this the PERFECT place to stop.
