Room was clean. Good A/C. Didn’t eat breakfast or use the pool but slept very comfortably.

I spent one night there on a business trip to the area. The hotel was clean, provided a comfortable stay, and was in good condition. You could see the age but everything was in good shape. breakfast was average but quite ample. Service was good with everyone being helpful and pleasant. Overall, it's a nice stop over and I would stay here AGAIN.

The Inn on the Square was temporary home to quite a few hurricane evacuees and they went out of their way to make the environment homey and lively. The manager Clare is a dynamo who appeared wherever she was needed, always smiling. The staff was exceptionally pleasant and professional. The dining room is one of the best that I have seen. Holiday Inn Express on Birch Street has become our regular place to stay when visiting in Greenwood. We go about every couple of months and find the hotel a good bargain. Staff are nice. Rooms are good.
