Every single staff member was kind and helpful. The happy hour and breakfast are delicious. The hotel is very clean - from the common areas to the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Shower was lovely - shampoo, conditioner, body wash provided, but no lotion just fyi. Hotel is 15 mins max to the historic downtown, very easy drive!! This was my first time staying at a Drury but it will not be my last!! 10/10 cannot recommend this property enough! "

"This resort could use many improvements. The lobby is nothing special. The dining/bar area is dark and dingy and has a very bad odor. When we checked in no one told us, if you stay at the Harborside resort, you could also use the pool at the beachside resort. A another guest told us. The pools weren’t cleaned until after 9:00am when guests were already in the pool and had to get out. The pool patios were dirty, no maintenance to clean empty cups and food container left by the guests. Trash cans in the front, back and pool patio were overflowing with garbage. The views were nice, the pools were nice. There were plenty of loungers for guests. The rooms were clean and spacious. There is a shuttle that runs every hour to take you downtown. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great in Mt Pleasant."
"I actually tried to stay at property prior to this visit. It was full because of a concert at “Capital One”but the young man was so courteous, helpful,made a lasting impression. So this time checking in to my surprise was just as delightful. With any Hotel, Restaurant, it’s about the people you engage with that makes it Successful!!

"The staff genuinely cared that we had a good stay. The manager of housekeeping was amazing in getting a problem resolved. The manager in charge of breakfast was greeting guests and directing them the breakfast. Even the woman bringing out food for the buffet greeted the guests."
