This property and ALL of the staff are fabulous! I love boutique hotels and this one is now at the top of the list as one of my favorites. The decor is nice. The beds are comfy. It’s walking distance to restaurants and shopping. They offer free breakfast and did I mention complimentary wine and popcorn upon checking in!!! I will be back!!!
An amazing stay. The employees were very helpful and kind, the hotel was so clean and very comfortable. Well-designed with luxurious amenities. Dinner at Ladder 13, in the hotel lobby, was delicious. We’ll be back next time we’re in Columbia.

Stayed 2 nights, Nice hotel, large rooms and clean. Only negative comment was the breakfast area tables were not keep clean, I had to clean our table ourself before sitting down. The breakfast itself was acceptable.
The property was conveniently located to the highway. Overall the property was loud and noisy, the soap was not refilled in the shower and it needed maintenance.

We have a child at the university and stayed here for a weekend visit. I had never been, but my husband had stayed years ago for a swim meet. He insisted I book here, though I wanted to stay at the Hilton. I was so pleasantly surprised when I arrived at the Staybridge! The staff was super friendly, and exceptionally efficient. The room was very spacious, and the little kitchen was perfect! The included breakfast was also excellent. I will stay here every visit to Columbia!
I read prior to booking that this hotel wasn't wothin walking distance to resturants on Gervais. True. But the staff, savings, breakfast, and accommodations were fabulous. Getting in the car wasn't a problem at all.
The rooms was clean and all the staff was pleasant and had awesome customer service. The grab and go breakfast was nice. From the front desk check in to the house keeping staff.Everyone was nice and professional. I would recommend to Family and Friends. I would differently stay there again. Son plays ball for USC and we needed a place for this past weekend. Excellent front desk staff. Very accommodating. Got into town early and were allowed access to our room early. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, bed a bit on the lower end but for the price, we slept just fine. Will definitely return
She was awesome!! So helpful ! Cheerful We came in and our reservations weren't posted yet and she made phone calls etc and got everything worked out in no time at all. We were wore out from a 7 hour drive and she completely turned a horrible evening into a pleasant experience. My phone had died before I could get a screen shot of my confirmation and Kim was good enough to let me charge my phone while we waited. Perfect if want to stay close to Riverbanks zoo. Very clean and quiet. Loved the kitchenette area. Elevators are weirdly located and extremely hot inside. Rooms are spacious and give a luxury vibe. I would definitely stay again.
