"Stayed a second night 04-26-2026 and 04-28-26 because of scheduling. This night the room was bit more updated than the night of the 26th. They did a little work on this room. Still terrible hallways, dirty, trashy. Like an institution, not a hotel. As I said on the stay of 04-26-2026, Never again."

"The staff was kind and helpful with any request or question I had. The room was neat and clean. And opting for an in-room jacuzzi was the perfect way to end a day of travel."

"The room was quite dark. No decent lighting for doing make up. I was here for a conference. I could go into some specific detail about each item on our menus all weekend, but can say it was collectively HORRIBLE. Stale hard breads, no ice for lukewarm teas and juices, no staff clearing tables, dry cold fish, in fact, it was all cold. Ran out of cups for drinks at one point! We had to use coffee cups for juice and water. Hardly any of the soap dispensers worked in that bathrooms. Bed was super comfortable. Very clean."

"The hotel was clean enough but lots of garbage laying around the outside of the property that took more than a day to clean up. We stayed 3 nights and asked a room attendant who was right outside our door to please just empty the garbage, nothing else needed done and she said ok. We came back that night and she didn’t empty them- I don’t think anyone came into the room and of the 3 days we were there. The bathrooms seem to have been renovated not long ago (they have the mirror with the button in the mirror that you touch to turn on lights inside the mirror) but there are no fans to vent the shower. You can’t use the mirrors because it takes forever for the mirror to clear on its own unless you leave the bathroom door open. Overall, the hotel was fine for just sleeping at night. Nothing to be excited about, especially for the prices they charge per night."

"Truly the best hotel experience I’ve had in years! The place is immaculate! And little extras like a cold bottle of water upon our arrival and mints on the pillow are a welcome surprise that’s unusual nowadays. Keep up the good work!"

"Overall this property was excellent. Very clean, staff very friendly, my kid was even upset we were not staying longer. First stay in a long time that I felt the staff really cared about their job. It made the stay pleasant."

"Everything was great except for the love of your guest get new pillows. These small cube pillows arnt big enough and offer no support. I had to use every pillow on the best in order to even be able to sleep. "
