Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Parking isn’t included but we managed.

Quiet, peaceful and so pleasant and warm … felt safe wondering around after 10pm when everything was shut. All the Christmas lights were on and it was beautiful to say the least… lovely places to shop and eat. Most boutiques are pricey but there is something for everyone’s budget. Make sure you ask for a room with a good view of the village some are of rooftops which is a shame.

The hotel is next to Funplex. Great deal for kids.

Our room was ready early It was beautifully decorated Bed was so comfortable. We had a river view which is what we asked for. We will return

This is a very clean hotel and property located in good secure location. Easy access to plenty of food in the area. Breakfast was adequate and kept up nicely. I would highly recommend.

This property was awful. There is not a negative adjective to describe how bad it was. The worst place I have ever rented. If I could select negative stars, I would. Cigarette burns in bedding, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom, cigarette and pot butts were floating in the toilet. **Felt unsafe, very unsafe, the hotel room door lock did not hold tight. We had a great stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and has solid infrastructure. Was a very pleasant experience friendly staff comfortable nice rooms and bathrooms

We had a nice and convenient stay. There were snack options with a self checkout. Bar and restaurant on property- food was ok. The shuttle service they offered was super easy to get to the expo center and even to dinner near by. Would stay again.

This hotel was a great location for Sesame Place— just 15 minutes away. Also, the room was clean and spacious.

I’ve stayed many times at this Fairfield Inn. The staff is always pleasant, the hotel guest rooms are clean and comfortable. The lobby, breakfast area, and elevators are always clean. As a single woman traveling alone, I feel very safe at this hotel.
