Hotels in Fox Chapel

This is new hotel and it is excellent. The room was extremely clean and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I usually don't sleep well in a hotel room, but I slept the whole night as if I was home. The whole stay was exceptional!

The hotel is very clean, and the staff is very attentive. This is not a normal hotel, though. It's a former monastery, and has the charm of a former monastery. All the rooms seem to be one offs due to the fact that it was a former monastery. Don't expect a hotel chain, and you will have a wonderful stay.

We stayed for four nights as a family of five. This small hotel was incredibly warm and inviting, and the hosts, Paul and Mary Beth were wonderfully accommodating and kind throughout our stay. The location was perfect for short drives (15 minutes tops!) to everything we wanted to see, plus it was walking distance to great food and shops on the Southside. I have stayed in other hotels in area, and the Fairfield in is SUPER CLEAN!! The breakfast was good. I would definitely rate 5 stars. I travel to area often and will definitely will book here

We had a corner suite room which was beautiful and so clean. Well worth the extra money for the view. Staff was so accommodating and friendly. Thank You for a great Anniversary weekend.

Hotel is close by to several places to eat.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. My son really enjoyed the pool. It was easy to get to and around Pittsburgh. The free parking was definitely a plus.

A beautiful gem! This historic mansion turned boutique hotel is adorable. The original stained glass and carved wood grand staircase are breath taking. Keep in mind this is a 19th Century home, so the floors are creaky and the walls are thin, but there aren't that many rooms so it's not super busy. My only negative comment would be the ability for the room to cool down. It was a little stuffy and in our room the vent really only cooled the sitting area and not where our bed was located.
