"I had a lot of problems with my room, that did eventually get fixed, but were things that someone should have noticed before I checked in - mattress not on the bed properly leaving metal polls sticking out that I ran into and bruised my leg, light falling out of the ceiling in the shower, safe not working, spoiled milk served at breakfast, ice machine on the floor not working. Great location, but the staff needs to be trained to pay attention to details. "

One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning unit—it was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep or relax in the room. Additionally, the room lacked some basic amenities you would expect, such as a safe for storing valuables, which made me feel a bit uneasy during my stay. While the hotel may have been charming at one point, it now feels neglected and in need of significant updates."

"Very quiet location with some dining options within walking distance. Convenient to highways for easy travel. Good breakfast with some hot choices. Room was nice but travelers should understand this is Hilton’s minimalist hotel venture. For instance, No closet or coffee maker, but there was a mini fridge. Staff did not seem well trained to deal with problems either. The tv in my room did not work but the girl at front desk had no idea what to do about it. She said there was no one to call for help. She did move me to a different room eventually but that was her only recourse. Bottom line: not a luxury hotel but nice enough if you don’t have issues that need to be resolved."
