"The air conditioner did not work well in my room. And the area was not great. I had a few towels in the bathroom when i first checked in that were dirty. Wouldn’t stay again."

"I've always liked staying here every since my 1st time. It's clean. I haven't seen any bugs in my rooms. The parking is convenient. It's close to downtown Greensboro. "

"Said there was an outdoor pool when booked. Arrived at hotel and told pool was closed and under renovations. Would have been nice to know when booked . Totally misinformed"

"We were given a key at check in to a room already occupied.. so imagine barging into someone’s room at 1am. Not fun for either party. Then the doors to the next room slammed every time they went in and out (frequently). The bathroom was disgusting.. black curly hairs everywhere (repulsive), the nightstand and desk were dirty with a ring from a cup crusted on them. On night 2 of 4 our room key quit working so we had to wait on the elevator and go all the way back down to the desk to get new keys. Overall very poor stay. "

"The bathroom was tiny and leaked water from somewhere. The furnishings are just really old. The whole property needs to be renovated. The breakfast wasn’t that great and we ended up skipping the second two mornings. "

"Staff was very helpful and nice. My only complaint was that my room wasn’t properly cleaned on my second day of staying. Otherwise everything else was pleasant"
