"Really nice hotel. Stayed for 2 nights April 14 and 15. Nice and close to the Canadian Tire Centre which is why I picked it. I checked in online so when I got there everything was nice and easy. They have an optional add on of a bottle of champagne. I thought that would be a nice treat so I purchased it for $42.50. That should have clued me in. It’s not champagne, it’s Prosecco, an Italian sparkling wine. Description should be changed in the offer to reflect the truth. The room was large and very clean, bed was comfortable but I found the pillows a little too soft for my taste. I had a Queen suite and it came with a microwave and full size fridge. Plenty of pots, pans cutlery provided. The only major complaint I have is there’s no light in that corner so at night even with all the room lights on that corner is almost impossible to see to use that area. Bathroom was clean and well laid out. I was there for a hockey game at the CTC and the hotel provides a shuttle for $5 each way. That was really appreciated. The counter staff at check-in were always cheerful and friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. From the Via train station to the hotel was an average of $64 not including tip."

"Staff were wonderful Dani last night at the Muse was very knowledgeable friendly we had the perfect seating and the restaurant was not busy so we had a quiet dinner with many unique flavours and presentation on food was amazing ! The girl at the front who checked us in was friendly and accommodating felt very welcome "
