"Easy parking, Starbucks, Panera and a grocery store nearby. First room had an unpleasant odor and we asked to be moved. The staff was helpful. Unfortunately, our second room smelled of cigarettes. Perhaps the air filters need to be changed?"

"We checked into a junior suite. There was a bloody giant booger on the wall, along with smeared bloody boogers on a picture, and the microwave had food in it, also there was a sock in the bed when I first pulled the covers back so it lead me to think it was never changed…. I took pictures of all these issues and made mention to the front desk, who said the following day they would clean it. They didn’t. I had to stop and ask housekeeping myself the following day and point the issues out to get a clean room…"
