"We were in Albany for a concert and booked the Country Inn and Suites due to our usual hotel being booked. I have zero negative things to say about this property. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was well kept and maintained, very clean. Our room was great! And best of all, no hallway noise (at least for us)! I know if I find myself back in Albany and need a hotel, it will be this one vice the usual one we stay in."

"For the price that we paid for the room it was a good deal. The bed was clean. They had recently done some upgrades. They put in a new floor stuff like that. I mean, if you’re looking for a super five star perfect hotel it’s not the place, but if you’re looking for a clean bed and a decent room for an affordable price also the staff was amazing. Super friendly helped us out late at night just so we could even charge our phones if we come back to Albany for another concert. I have no problem staying there."

"I’ve stayed here many times and it’s a good resource especially if you’re going to the airport. Microtel rooms are small, hence the name. This property is well maintained for the most part. There are few accommodations for those with disabilities. Front door is a double pull, pull exercise and there is NO ELEVATOR, something I always seem to forget until I’m here. The halls are long and carpeted which make pulling luggage tedious or problematic. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly."

"Hotel Saratoga was clean without having the typical hotel smell. The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The continental breakfast had many choices including some hot dishes. The staff was kind and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the towels were good sizes and absorbant."
