Our stay at the Savoy was an incredible experience from start to finish. Everyone we encountered was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, & incredibly competent. We arrived earlier than expected & were easily & cheerfully accommodated with an early check in. Unexpectedly we were given a lovely upgraded room with a western facing extended balcony where we watched the sun set each evening. Isabelle, who checked us in, was our hero all weekend long.
