"This room was so much better than we expected from a bar hotel. The room was spotless, recently upgraded and modernized, and had tons of choices for coffee and tea. The staff was very nice and friendly. Parking was easy and very close to the door. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Our room was large and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It was clean and also had 2 x easy chairs. The ensuite was was also sizeable. With a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail. WiFi reception was good. Range of cooked breakfast was good and the food was excellent. Continental breakfast items were also available. Staff were friendly. Parking was easy. We would stay again."

"Charming hotel, helpful staff. Town centre location with parking at the back. Lovely coffee shop (No. 8) opposite and a great burger place (Franco's) a few minutes walk away if you want to eat somewhere else. Hotel's bar well run and stocked."
