"I never wanted to do this but it would be bad of me if I don’t thin place is the worse place I’ve ever stayed the place is so dirty full of roaches,smelly and the staff ma there don’t care about your concerns the place is a mess ,I was sick the two days I was there dogs all over the place,please choose somewhere else to stay and not there,these people wanna charge you for light and everything terrible place stay away."

"Staying at Bear Mountain Inn was amazing. Hessian Lake is beautiful. The park and trails are clean and hiking here is very good. We loved the Bear Mountain Zoo and all the exhibits. Staff here are very good. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms, decor, staff and ambiance are top notch. We will be back very soon!!"

"We rented two rooms, both were not as clean as I would expect particularly the bathrooms. Pillows, mattresses, linens were as old as the hotel and not comfortable at all. The staff was ok but after ordering some food to the hotel after a long day of driving the gentleman at the front desk was rather rude to my son about the food being delivered to the lobby. A simple call would have been sufficient, but he chose to be rude. The balcony was the nicest part of the rooms with a very nice view and great place to hang out. For $250 a night per room I would have expected better."

"Staff was unavailable most of my stay during the evening hours from their front desk. Window blinds were absolutely disgusting and covered in dust and dead bugs. The rug and one chair in the room was covered in stains ranging from red blood like marks to brown stains. It felt disgusting to walk around the room without any type of protection on your feet whether that be socks or shoes. Also maintenance or cleaning staff was only available during the day time hours and never at night. Couldn’t get any clean sheets or towels after the cleaning staff forgot to give us new sheets or towels. Not recommended."
