I went to Tomsriver to visit family and friends. I chose the clarion from prior reviews and they were so right. The rooms were clean and fresh, the staff, house keeping to front desk were so kind and pleasant. The Resturant/ bar fabulous. The pool was the biggest hit for my grand-daughter, she and I give the Clarion a triple thumbs up. Thank- you clarion we will be back. Maria strayer

Charm, comfort, hospitality and amazing food. My stay exceeded expectations. Super friendly staff who were all very attentive. The Lady Samantha room was lovely and it made me feel like i was stepping back into a grander time. (The bed was soft and comfy). What a gem. everything was great except when I inquired about late check out on saturday evening, I was told that only one person could approve that and she didn't come in until 9am on Sunday. I had to be out by 6:45am and wanted to come back at 11:30am to pack my room, etc -- but was told that they could not assist me. The rooms are clean and well kept up. I saw reviews that the rooms are outdated and not kept up. Jersey Motels being by the ocean are extremely hard to maintain because of the salt in the air. Does much damage.
