Bed was a bit too hard

The staff was very friendly and my stay was very pleasant. The only gripe I had was that the shower didn’t have much hot water

Staff was very kind. Beautiful hotel and a perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Parking isn’t included but we managed.

The hotel and room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Front desk attendant the morning of my checkout was so kind to bring me different k cups and a cup of fresh brewed coffee

Room was great and located near the historical places that we wanted to walk to. Breakfast buffet was fantastic!

I wish there was a better description of the room posted, it was smaller than expected… the staff was amazing!

The bed was definitely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in at a hotel… want to plan a trip back for a rest day!

The bowl was very nice and in a safe secluded area. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a little trouble with the toilet but after letting the front desk know, it was fixed right away. The breakfast was excellent and the man that worked in there was even better. Super friendly and helpful on suggestions on what to do in Philadelpia. We went out one morning and the battery was dead on our rental car and the manager himself came out and got us started. Overall it was a wonderful...

What a great experience. After having a flight cancelled I found myself at the SpringHill suites. Tired and frustrated, I was met with kindness, and a great welcome from Freddie at the front desk. Check in was quick and painless. Additionally, both shuttle drivers I met were extremely kind, especially Quinn. Would highly suggest this hotel to others who may find themselves in the Philadelphia area!

I recently stayed here for my daughters dance competition. It was great, everything was withing the hotel. Food was great, affordable. They also have a cafe that opens early. I was scared because of the previous reviews but my stay was amazing.

I love staying here. So far my experience has been exceptional. The staff is super courteous, friendly and respectful. Rooms are clean and kept up. The area is very convenient, nice and quiet.

Big room for such a great price, also breakfast was included and it was a hardy breakfast with variety of hot and cold food.

This is a very clean hotel and property located in good secure location. Easy access to plenty of food in the area. Breakfast was adequate and kept up nicely. I would highly recommend.
