Hotels in Yardville

"This hotel is under construction. We had not idea. Loud power tool noises until 5pm on Saturday. The entire lobby is blocked off. Starbucks and restaurant closed. After we reserved the room they sent a notice that the pool was under construction. This was totally misleading as it’s a much bigger full lobby renovation. The hotel said it was stated in the website and there is no mention of construction on the website. The room was also dated, with chopped paint and water damage. How is this a Westin?!? I want my money back. "

"The night staff was helpful since I had to come down multiple times because the phone in my room did not work. At checkout the morning staff is very rude. The housekeeping manager is very rude and lied stated first I was smoking in the room. Then stated an excessive cleaning fee of $150. When I call requesting the general manager name and email the front desk hung up on me several times. My room phone did not work and was missing button. The walls were dirty and the tv was glitching. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The bags provided for the trash can was paper thin and easy to break. This was my first and last stay! I would not recommend this property to anyone. "

"The walls are made poorly. We can hear every sound and footsteps from above. The entry door needs a door sweeper. There was also a large gap between the bathroom door and the floor. Property should think of door sweeper for both bathroom and entry door. We cut our stay to just one night instead of two. I rather pay more money to sleep comfortable. The beds and pillows were not great. I was with my family and this was not pleasant."

"Pros: There were no bugs, honored my Expedia booking with no problems. Beds were clean, bathroom was clean, has mini fridge, microwave, gym, and laundry. Plus it was close to Princeton University. Cons: Paid too much for them not to clean my room or take out my trash, and there is no safe in the room, which I prefer. Also the closet doors did get stuck in the railing which is tricky to slide open, as they are glass mirror doors, and I was afraid it would fall on me. "

"This is the second time we have stayed here. Close to Princeton University - 15-20 minute drive. Great modern thoughtful design. Only issue was it took a few minutes to get hot water since we were on the opposite side of the water heater. But definitely we will stay there again! "
