Welcoming atmosphere. Newly renovated rooms are beautiful. Complimentary breakfast was grab and go because of covid safety rules. I personally appreciated that all precautions and preventative measures were taken at this Hampton Inn concerning covid safety. I felt comfortable and came back to this Hampton Inn for this reason.

Loved the staff and room was great . The pool heater being down was a bummer. The kids were looking forward to the pool.

This property is well maintained.

We were really comfortable here. Plus the breakfast was great. It a lil drive to the casinos but overall we didn’t mind.

Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Hallway carpet a little worn. Location very convenient. Did not have as many cable tv station or on demand as other Hampton inns I stayed in in this area.

Nice hotel , good food

Our room was beautiful, with period pieces, and very comfortable. The amenities and free entry into the kitchen were homey touches and much appreciated. Breakfast was graciously served and delicious. All in all, a great stay!

Great experience. Definitely will return. The hotel was clean and didnt smell. The grounds were immaculate. The staff was friendly and attentive. The casino was clean and didnt have the lingering scent of nicotine and smoke. Food was delicious and the servers were also attentive as well.

Breakfast donuts were amazing! Friendly staff, beautiful views, Crab Trap (our fav restaurant) right in the parking lot! Close proximity to OC Boardwalk and walking the causeway bridge. Wawa is close as well as The Diner. Would recommend to anyone and will be back again!

Everything was excellent about this hotel, the rooms were very clean not a lot of noise from other rooms, service was excellent and pool very clean as well.

Everything was good . But,,,, All the weed smoke smell at the pool and hot tub was terrible it was hard to stay still and enjoy …the food was great all was great we will be back soon .

MY PROBLEM WAS NOT WITH THE HARD ROCK HOTEL BUT EXPEDIA We were celebrating our “35th” wedding anniversary and booked a stay at the Hard Rock Cafe through Expedia at the recommendation of a friend. Once the reservation was made for “1” day, we tried to upgrade for an additional day and then found out that we were in A smoking room. I immediately tried to reach out too customer service and make. Easy checking in and out...clean room..close to the beach and shopping.

Being a Type A personality, I am always on edge. The front desk staff during each visit here have had the ability to immediately put me at ease. That is something I truly appreciate. Very nice, calm demeanors.
