"We came for the air show with our teen. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by someone smoking inside by the valet. Our room was not ready but it was early so we headed to the beach for the air show. The beach was clean but there were so many people smoking cigarettes and marijuana, everywhere. We paid $10 to check in an hour early, which was fine but just a money grab. We were on the 38th floor and our room smelled of stale cigarettes. It was not renovated yet. I wanted to go and ask for a new room that was renovated but my husband didn’t want to. The room did not have enough outlets or they did not work. The shower didn’t drain well and my son said there was a toenail on the floor. The beds were comfortable but one of the pillows was stained. The refrigerator was hanging out of the wall space. We decided we would not be staying the second night bc it was gross. I barely slept because all I could smell was smoke. It seemed like the air from the casino was being pumped into our room. Awful! The hallway did not smell as bad. It was either cigarette smoke or intermittent pot. My husband came out of the shower and when he opened the bathroom door, he said the room stunk of smoke. We went to Ballys due to the air show but would never go back and would never recommend it to anyone. Truly awful. I did ask for my resort fees back and the manager was rude. We shall see if I get the fee back."

"Room stunk of smoke when we checked in. The bathroom was not fully cleaned, as the previous guests washcloths were on top of the shower head and door. Received many emails asking me to upgrade the room after I booked, on the verge of being felt like spam. Elevators are few and far between. Would not stay again."
