Highly recommend this beautiful , cozy place. It is absolutely a lovely, beautiful place to stay and Karen and Adrian are amazing. They go over and above with great hospitality. Excellent service, food was outstanding and the location was perfect for our trip. If we’re ever back in that area, we will stay there again no doubt.
Our second visit here. Excellent central location, room, size, Parking, food, and staff. this time, we got put in the annex next door to the hotel,and the rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. Harrogate is an excellent base to explore Yorkshire. Quite unique in its layout with parks that extend into the downtown area.
Everything about our stay here was great. The staff were very helpful and caring. The room itself was outstanding - even had a view of York Minster. There was a tea service in the room including cookies and chocolates.The breakfast was the typical English breakfast which is a lot of food and it was all delicious. I would gladly stay here again.
The was very clean and comfortable, we were in the back of the hotel which was actually nice because of how quiet it was. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. The breakfast was classic British full breakfast with the baked tomato…Excellent location not far from from the Micklengate and close to old town York. The bar and other sitting areas were very comfortable and welcoming.
