"One of the best hotels we've ever stayed at (and we travel a lot!). Definitely recommend the room with the private plunge pool (which includes your own personal butler). INCREDIBLE view to wake up to in the morning and you won't regret it! Also the restaurant is so good, we ate every single meal there and couldn't get enough of the food. They made excellent local Sri Lankan dishes with so much flavor and spa. Spa services were also excellent! We will definitely be coming back!"

"We stayed 4 nights. Absolutely wonderful! Here you get a high-class hotel with a consistently high level. Very nice, well-renovated/built rooms with a high standard, wonderful hotel/pool area, walking distance to the wonderful beach where the hotel also offers sunbeds free of charge, well-stocked gym and much more. large breakfast buffet, both international and local. The service level is incredibly high where you want to give that little extra all the time. High professional service level on everything from cleaners, reception to bartender and the service staff who take care of the pool/towels. They usually know what you will ask for before you do it. such as wifi passwords to adapters to charge your mobile phone. We can highly recommend this luxury gem! "This was a stunning end to my stay in Sri Lanka. Staff couldn’t do enough for you and general manager was around and introduced himself during breakfast. Cocktails and food was great. Breakfast was excellent. So many choices and nothing too much trouble. I can see it may be an issue in high season, but in October there was enough sunloungers at the pool and beach for everyone. Water supplied in room and on the beach/pool areas. WiFi was fast and reliable. Hotel offered turn down service which was a nice touch. Tip try the King Colada!
