"My floor had water coming up through the floor boards. I had to go to the front desk at 3:30 am to get towels. They assured me this has never happened but it was too much water. They tub also had a dirt ring around it. They apologized however they didn't offer a discount or anything. "

"This stay was abnormal location for me, but by surprise it was very suitable for an Inn. The staff was nice. The room was large with a refrigerator, it had comfortable beds, and was very clean. The bathroom was small and could use some cosmetic updates- but it did the job. It has a large field area for dogs to play &/or potty. There aren't any decent hotels in Chrisman and this was the closest most decent, and cleanest location to lodge at. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it. "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was inviting and friendly. My family and I visited the hotel for my graduation ceremony and the price was reasonable for my accommodations. The only thing that I wished was better would of been having hotter water for the shower but 10/10 experience."

"I got over charged had to wait for a manager to come in to get a refund cause I got over charged for my deposit they said it was 20.00 and I got charged 148.00 still haven't gotten a refund"
