"The room was big and decorated nicely. The desk staff were helpful and polite, but the cleaning crew didn’t meet standards. One stood in front of the elevator as I tried to exit it, stared at me, unmoving, and then remained blocking my way off the elevator until I finally said, “Excuse me.” It made me nervous. Also, the bathroom in my room wasn’t clean. There was toothpaste spit in the sink and the whole floor was sticky. Finally, I was there on a Tuesday and was told that their restaurants weren’t open on Mondays and Tuesdays, so I had to settle for a fast food snack shop. On Wednesday morning, there was no on-sight restaurant open that served breakfast. The aforementioned snack shop didn’t open until 11 a.m. and had no breakfast food on their menu.There was a coffee shop, but that was it. There were no restaurants within walking distance either. I was very disappointed. "

"Our room smelled so terrible we could barely breath. Rotten food, wet dog, mildew, truly awful. The smell came from the dishwasher but we got in so late that we were too tired to change rooms, so we ran the dishwasher hoping the smell would go away, but it didn’t help. Would not have booked this hotel if it weren’t for all the 9.0 sparkling reviews. Never staying at a Home2 Suites again."

"We had a very nice stay. Its close to all the amenities. The room itself had a regular size refrigerator, stove, basic kitchen supplies and free laundry service."

"The kitchen area was a little dirty and it could really use a remodel, but it was comfortable and quiet and definitely cheaper than other accommodations in the area."

"Great location at the university with great views. Easy parking and friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and classy. Onsite dining options were very good and higher end with walkable more affordable options near by. "

"Room had bed bugs and they didnt refund my money so i had to file an insurance claim me and my family took a loss on alot of clothes and shoes due to me throwing away the things that could have contaminated our home i have video footage of the bed bug on the bed "
