"The bigger water slides kids had to be 48 inches or taller. Food was very expensive in the resort and took hours to get due to needing kitchen help. A few minor things broken in the room and doors need new key card readers. Staff was very nice and friendly but seemed stressed and over worked needing a well deserved break. over all very clean and we had a great stay "

"Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. There is plenty of parking. But the room was not very clean and the shower did not work properly. Pool water was lukewarm. "

"There is no front desk. So before arrival I got text about my cabin name and key code. But there is no map. There are about 60 cabins scattered in the wood. I can’t find my cabin. I called the customer service. They said they were going to send me a map. Never got it. At the end, with the help of another guest, I found my cabin. On the second day, toilet water tank ran out of water."
