A comfortable room with excellent continental breakfast provided was justvwhat I needed while staying in the area tonattend a wedding in Midhurst. Wonderfully helpful staff made all details easy. I would definately stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.
We stayed at this handy place for a few nights. The room was very cozy with very comfy matraces. Drinking morning coffee on a little back terrace, having excellent steaks and wide breakfast choice was all a great experience.
Our 16 night stay here in Jun/Jul of 2015 redefined the meaning of hospitality for us. From the manager on down, the service was superb: Zyta and Natalie are superstars! Sweet hotel with pub in the middle of Alton. Very convenient location and very cozy, comfortable room. Staff was great. We had dinner and food was top notch. We were there during the intense heat wave and there was no air conditioning, but I don’t think there is any in the village. Staff was accommodating with fans.
The staff were wonderful and cheerful. Restaurant and bar were excellent. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The property is within a five minute walk to the theatres and cathedral. I would definitely stay here again!
You couldn’t get a better place to be in the centre of Arundel! The team were amazing even when a band I work with (Trinity) wanted to play an impromptu set for all the folks! They were so great in all their service and helping us! Brilliant room and great breakfast! Thank you!
I thoroughly enjoyed my week-long stay at The Chichester Inn. The proprietor and his son were both wonderful. The room had everything I needed, and it was great to "live" above a vibrant pub with a folk music culture. I fell asleep one night to the sounds of celtic music floating up the stairs--a magical experience. The breakfast was generous and beautifully cooked. What a great little Gem! Perfect for what we needed for our Goodwood Festival of Speed experience, and Evie was overly accommodating. The pub was busy every night so it was hard to get a table for dinner, but she presumed we would want dinner after our long day of traveling from the States and held one for us. The food was delicious, drinks tasty, and good nights sleep both nights we were there. Did I mention how great Evie was?

Just awesome. Loved the rooms with the big windows, loved the hosts, awesome breakfast. Very helpful-for example we arrived early before our room was ready. They let us leave our luggage come in and out. Use the bathroom whatever we need until the room is ready.
