"Nothing to appreciate. This place is like in a ghetto. Very scary. We got there at night and we cant find someone to work even at the front. The front desk turned the light off to be like a haunted mansion and we say hello to find someone to provide our booking but no one appeared at the time of check-in. Beautiful historic and unique property for the adventurous traveler. The haveli is family run and the warmth and care of the staff is exceptional. Rooftop dining and traditional puppet show are one of a kind experience, and the food is among the best we had in India. Dhan Singh and colleagues took excellent care of us, even walking our bags to the main road at 430 am for the trip to the airport.
We 3 couples from USA traveled to Jaipur for a wedding at the Hyatt Regency hotel close by and reached a day earlier to explore the city. As our Hyatt reservation was not until the next day we booked this hotel. We were not expecting a lot for the price but we were surprised by the cleanliness and great customer service. It’s newly built and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

This is a really nice place to stay in Jaipur, but for some reason it's been blacklisted by Lonely Planet Guide for the last year or so. We were really comfortable in our deluxe room for which we paid only standard prices.

Stayed here for one night after a business meeting in Jaipur. The hotel itself is incredibly clean and the rooms are very comfortable.
