Gorgeous. We stayed here on our way to Rome for some relaxation and it was perfect. There aren’t too many rooms, but it is a huge property so you feel like you have the place to yourself. 2 pools to choose from and a hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t very warm but maybe wasn’t turned on.
They give you a little sheet to fill out what you want from breakfast, and it it straight from their garden and very abundant - and free! Gorgeous place would stay again.
Small but clean ocean front hotel at reasonable price. Stayed a Saturday night, lots of very loud people, parties, music fireworks and vehicles until 2am. Seems to be party-central for locals.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. Carlo arranged a driver so our group could visit a few wineries. We had a lot of fun in Sabaudia, the hotel is close to shops and restaurants.
Most important is the property and room were clean. The evening clerk, Rebecca, was great at check in, told me about the area and a little Italian culture as it's my first time. I usually avoid the house breakfast but this was good for the price. Morning clerk, Alissia, was also great somehow managing the dinning room and checking petout. Note to management, as hard she was working, one person can't effectively do both jobs. It's not a Hilton, but it's not meant to be, but again it's clean, new...
Great experience! They let me check in 5 hours early because the room was available. The hotel manager helped me in planning a trip to nearby town (gave me directions, printed timetables for me). Breakfast is excellent!
Stayed here for 2 weeks on our honeymoon. Breakfast was outstanding everything made fresh daily. Rooms clean daily. Was able to visit almost every major city in Italy from here/ very centralized. Super safe it’s gated and host gives you your own keyfob for entry/exit. Above all the hosts were amazing and super kind. Would rate 10 stars if I could. Def recommend staying here vs closer to the city and cannot beat their prices! Loved our stay here.
Nice and quiet. Our window opened out to a vineyard surrounded by Olive trees. Included breakfast is a croissant, packaged toast and coffee. No other options. We stayed 09/29 - 10/02, restaurant on site was closed. Staff was helpful and directed us to places nearby. 10 drive to Colombini for lunch (excellent) or Conca di Sapore for dinner (OK).

Hotel is in a good location in Nettuno. Good breakfast service. Very close / Walking distance (5-10min) to very nice shopping areas. lots of restaurants in the area as well. Very friendly staff.
One challenge with the hotel is the parking as that the only available parking in on the streets. Hotel offers no parking areas or service. Account for that if driving and need to park.
