I loved this property. The rooms were cozy and I had a balcony overlooking the mountains. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Best of all was the spa facilities- very clean and great amenities. This hotel is a gem in the Dolomites. I’ll be back again.
The staff is very friendly, and responsive New bartender (Hugo I believe) is one of the best bartenders I’ve witnessed, pours passion into every cocktail. The location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is delicious and they offer fair pricing for their dinners. Spa is very serene, and heated pool with access to fresh mountain air is a joy to experience.
Hotel is perfectly situated in the core historic area of Bolzano. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The Südtirol Guest Pass provided to guests allows use of public busses, trains and the Renon cable car - we used it multiple times. Rooms were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!
Wonderful stay at the Parkhotel Luna in Bolzano. The location is ideal for someone like myself, as I came to town on the train and walked everywhere. The hotel is located right around the corner to the shopping and restaurant center. You can also walk in 10 minutes to and from the train station, the Archaeological Museum and Funvia tram station. An excellent breakfast is available each morning in the hotel restaurant. I want to give a compliment to the waitstaff in the restaurant who were...
We liked the authenticity of the Italian town and hotel! Staff were helpful and the breakfast was lovely! The proximity of the town to Ortisei was good. It gave us easy access to lifts for tourist spots but we were able to retreat to our more quiet town afterwards. The views from the window and outside the hotel were like paintings!
Excellent hotel, exceeded my expectations. Room fixtures and appliances are modern, staff is friendly and hospitable, complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge, good breakfast, walking distance from the train station, 2 supermarkets nearby. I enjoyed my stay.
