"This hotel features a beautiful rooms with excellent amenities. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming, accommodating, and friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast offerings and evening snacks and drinks were great. However, our experience with the restaurant staff was disappointing. Most of the restaurant team, particularly the omelette station attendant, were notably rude and unprofessional in their interactions with guests.
