"Staff was helpful, room a and place was clean. Location was convenient for restaurants and things to do. I didn't like that I had to ask staff to reheat food as there was no microwave, but they didn't complain or look put out when asked. I also didn't like that some of the plants in the lobby had mealy bugs. Overall, great experience, beautiful and clean hotel."

"Rooms were well kept, the continental breakfast could have been better options, overall good, had an unfortunate accident with one of there paper cups the bottom gave way and Burnt my ankle, the nurse and staff was very attentive, still hurts discoloration saw my Doctor as well, will be a permanent mark...but other than that Stay was good.."

"I love staying at the S Hotel Kingston when I am in Jamaica. It's perfectly located for me to move around and see friends. The rooms are comfortable. Great breakfast and food options. The poolside is perfect for relaxing and taking in the breeze on an evening. Will always return 👌"

"The air conditioning was great, parking was difficult during the day because it was shared by other businesses on the same premises. The rooms were very clean. The room had a weird configuration with a King bed and a queen bed in the same room, a small refrigerator in a far corner of the room and a hammock hanging from the ceiling. No microwave or kettle in the room. No closet to hang your clothes or drawers to fold your stuff. It was just the bare minimum. If you just need somewhere to just lay your head to sleep, this would be ideal. "

"It was as clean as it could but, but ultimately a very run down room in need of renovation. Air conditioning unit made noise throughout the night. Shower curtain barely stops leakage into bathroom. Toilet struggles to flush. Wouldn’t stay here again unless in need of a very budget option."
