Shuttle service to the mountains was less than ideal and the times where not useful for skiing on the mountain.

The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was offered every morning. It was great! Lots to choose from. Food was hot and fresh. Very friendly staff. Beautiful views from our room.

The hotel building is beautiful in the beautiful location.

Terrific boutique hotel located 5 min from Vail. Rooms were small but cozy and comfortable. Cute hotel great for a romantic weekend. I checked the rates for winter if you book in advance, you can get great deal's compared to staying in Vail Village. pb

The hotel was a welcome sight after a rather long day of driving. The welcome and sign-in were great and the room was clean and very comfortable. Our only disappointment was the shower head, which felt like standing under a water hose with low pressure. Everything else was fine.

Customer service was excellent!

The town of Red Cliff is a former mining town tucked in a deep chasm with great architecture and bridges. The Green Bridge Inn fits nicely with it's 3-story building wrapped with a covered porch on all levels. The entire building is renovated in every way. Beaver Creek was uncomfortably cold during our Christmas stay. But it was warm in the Osprey! Wonderful staff, immaculate facility, great food, and the best location in the world. We will be back soon!

The facilities are all top notch but what really made the stay great is the staff. They were always very helpful above and beyond what was required. One of the housekeepers kept my 2 year old daughter from bolting out of the elevator as I'm standing there 7 months pregnant, arms full, unable to stop her. Sergio the bartender was very personable and welcoming even though we checked in right before the bar close, he was still willing to help us get drinks and food and get settled in. Front desk staff was also very helpful checking us in and he helped us select a quiet room. Our family of 5 stayed in a two bedroom suite. It was amazing! Two fireplaces, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, and separate reading area. It was very well decorated and had all the things you could need. It also included parking in a garage and access to some of the activities offered by the Sheraton Hotel it is associated with. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, a beautiful hotel, friendly lovely staff. The front desk staff upgraded our room to slope side , which was nice, although it was off season and so very few guests. The spa staff were helpful and professional too, we spent time in the hair salon and spa and it was very relaxing. The hair dresser was excellent and did beautiful hair cuts.
