"The room was nice. The staff was very nice. The biggest issue is parking. There is a per day parking fee. This might have been acceptable were it "secured" parking. It is literally a standard parking lot like you would see at any department store, grocery store, or bank. The parking fee is ridiculous."

"I booked this place simply to sleep and leave first thing in the morning. Shower was dirty, and area is a bit sketchy, but this was fine. However, I woke up at 2am and find huge bugs all over the bed crawling around. It was like a horror movie. I immediately call the reception and I am told that there are no other rooms available, that this was "never an issue that they had" and that basically it was my problem to deal with. I was repeatedly told that this was not an problem they had in a way that pointed to me being the issue (I was staying at a 5-star place beforehand for work, at a place I was sure was clean) I was told they could contact the owner in the morning and until then I could either stay in the same room or leave and find myself another place to stay. I ended up packing my bags and leaving and checking in to another place at 5am and got no sleep. TLDR: Fully grown bugs in bed, unprofessional staff"

"Our stay at Origin Westminster was overall a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, with plenty of inviting seating areas in the lobby. One thing we really appreciated was the ample parking without extra fees—something that’s becoming rare and always a big plus. The room was spacious and well-designed, and while the bed was comfortable, it wasn’t quite an “OMG” level of comfort. The water pressure, however, was phenomenal—something you don’t often find in hotels, and it made showers quick and enjoyable. The attached restaurant, Famlii, was absolutely delicious and definitely worth trying. We loved that they offer room service, and you can also order food and drinks to take back to your room. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, which made everything seamless. We didn’t get a chance to check out the gym, and while I thought I saw something about a pool initially, I couldn’t find any information on it later and didn’t ask the front desk. I will say the hallway had a bit of an odd smell and felt slightly unclean, which made me initially worry about the room—but the room itself was actually very clean and well-kept. Overall, we’ve already talked about staying here again and would definitely consider coming back."
