"Definitely needs improvement. No drinking water available for guests in the rooms, no room service unless specifically requested for repeatedly."

"Hotel is completely under construction. This is not mentioned in the property listing. Pool and spa were unusable, baseboards/door frames off in parts of the hotel, Wires taped on walls and ceiling, Weird smells throughout the hotel, spackle/drywall littering the floors. This construction has been going on for over a year! Loud work being done from 7am-5pm. Will not be booking here again."
