Miranda Gardens Resort

"The location was great in terms of being so close to the Ave of the Giants, however the lodge was right on the highway so there was some noise, but not much. Not all cottages are created not created equal. We were given a cabin that was not at all what was indicated in the photos. There were two bedrooms w/no livingroom or kitchen. We were able to upgrade for a little more money and found the "new", roomier accomodations very comfortable. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked w/dishes, pots and pans, etc."

"A clean and comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff. Pool was out of order and parking was extremely tricky with a full sized GMC truck. Electric chargers available for those who are foolish enough to need them. I would NOT park on the street in that area. Lots of suspicious walkers around. I would also definitely not leave anything visible and of value in your vehicle. Property posts waiver of liability signs to this effect."

"The ability to walk across the street to the oceanfront was nice, so was opening our windows for that refreshing sea air. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was enough to give us a good jump start to the day. Plus, being within walking distance to a great pub (eel river brewing) made our evening complete, we totally suggest to order the onion rings, they’re unmatched!"
